Tara is a Nurse with 15 years of Nursing experience who shifted her focus to natural medicine to pursue her passion for holistic health.
After receiving personal value from living with less toxic foods and products, incorporating more natural medicine, real food and spiritual alignment, she decided to begin Tara Wellness to allow her to be of service to others.
Her approach is marked by a combination of understanding and compassion, blended with professionalism and diverse experience.
Tara believes in her mission to connect people to their higher self through soul discovery and see the value in their purpose, which is identified by her gifts of intuitive channeling and Astrology.

Nurse, Holistic Health Consultant, Intuitive Medium & Founder of Tara Wellness.
From a young age, Tara has been attuned to energetic awareness, intuitive insights, and even mediumship. While always drawn to the mystical realms of spirit and Astrology, she came to realize that it wasn't just a passing interest but an integral part of her identity.
Transitioning from Nursing to a new chapter in her life, Tara embraced her soul's purpose and committed herself to true service, catering to people both spiritually and in health.
With certifications in Health Science and Nursing, Tara's journey began in Art and Illustration, leading her down a creative path before venturing into the health field. It was here she discovered her innate healing abilities.
Overcoming personal health challenges through Alternative Healing Modalities, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tara dove into diverse studies, including Aromatherapy, Reiki, Herbalism, Ayurveda, and her self-taught expertise in Astrology.
